- How old are you?

Sixteen :)

- What are your stats?

- How do you stay motivated?

I think this is different for everyone, I think about my goal body and how I’ll feel when reach that. I think about cute clothes I can wear, etc. Also, when I don’t eat healthily or I binge, I feel so gross afterwards, I get bad skin and feel bloated and sick. So, thinking about how I’m doing myself favours by treating my body right always keeps me motivated to not eat unhealthily.

- Where can I see pictures of you/ progress pictures?

I don’t have any pics of me up at the moment as I don’t want anyone I know in real life to find this blog (lol). But I have taken progress pics and I’m considering posting those when I see some nice progress.

- How often do you workout?

Well, I aim to workout 4-6 days per week.

- What do you do to workout?

I go to the gym, I like to use the treadmills and stationary bikes for my cardio. I do the weight machines that the personal trainer told me to do when I joined, which are just a few for my legs, arms, etc. I also do yoga because it’s amazing lol. And I do my own ab exercises at home. I use youtube videos to find good ab workouts.

- How many calories do you eat per day?

I don’t count calories because I find it addictive and that’s not good! I estimate I eat approximately 1200-1600 everyday.

- What kind of foods do you eat?

If you’re trying to eat healthy I suggest you find healthy foods that you enjoy, healthy food can taste good!! I like lots of fruits (apples, bananas, watermelon, kiwifruit, etc) and veggies, and chicken, haha I can’t think of much! Message me if you ever want to know and I can tell you what I ate on that day :)
