SMOOTHIES!!! I like to put a heap of yummy fruit in them, a couple of teaspoons of yogurt and then some spinach and cucumber. Seriously, don’t diss it till you’ve tried it, the spinach is tasteless (but gives it a nice green colour ;) and the cucumber s sooo yum, it gives it a fresh flavour! Omg they’re so yummy!!!!!

Lol, its like nighttime, I’ve had all my meals for the day… one being a chicken salad with mozzarella cheese. This is sufficiently awkward isn’t it…. I better read these thingeys in the morning from now on, I’ll put the vegan day on my to do list though! :)

Nah, I think it’s like just above the ‘underweight’ range but Im only like 3kgs of my ugw, so then I want to get toned and build muscle and that will cause me to gain weight and therefore my bmi will go up but I’m not concerned about the numbers.

GOAL WEIGHT: 55 kg - 57 kg (121-125 pounds)

Why are you loosing weight? Because I want to. Myself. Confidence. Summer. I have lots of reasons :P
