Day eleven: What are your family’s eating habits like?
They vary, some of them eat moderately, some eat quite unhealthily. No one really eats as healthy as me :P
Day twelve: What are your friend’s eating habits like?
Awful, lol. I’m not one to judge, cause I used to eat just like them. Chocolate bars and coke for lunch, though? *cringe* hahaha
Day thirteen: Is your diet ever negatively influenced by your friends? Do they pressure/tempt you to eat unhealthy food?
Sob, yes. :P It’s so hard at sleepovers cause I try eat healthy but sometimes there’s not even healthy options!!
Day fourteen: Do you ever allow yourself a “rest day” from exercise or a “cheat day” from your diet?
Rest days, yes. If I do cardio and strength training everyday I get far far too tired, so I definitely rest 1-2 days per week. Diet cheat day, I try not too, these usually turn into full scale binges for me :P
Day ten: Do you eat breakfast? What do you usually have?
Yup, and lately I’ve been eating weetabix with melted peanut butter on top. Mmmmmmm omg so good. Definitely not the healthiest thing I could be having though! :P
Day nine: What is your favourite food, healthy or unhealthy?
Well, at the moment it’s peanut butter, I don’t know if it’s cause I’m seeing so much of it on tumblr, or it’s just my body craving the healthy fats cause of my recent change in exercise and diet, but I just can’t get enough of my peanut butter lately ;)

Day six: Have you ever been overweight or underweight?
No, but I’ve been almost underweight and almost overweight :P
Day five: Is there any specific event you want to lose the weight for?
Well, just today I found out me and one of my friends are going on holiday together at the end of the year! We’re going to a place in Australia and there’s gonna be wonderful beaches and hot guys ;) So, i wanna have my bikini body out, and of course we’ll be doing a lot of shopping! :D :D
Day four: Do you work out? How many times a week?
Yup, I aim for 4, but usually it’s between 3-6. I go to the gym, do yoga and horseriding. :D
Day three: Do you count calories? What is your daily calorie goal/allowance?
No, because in the past I did and I became way too obsessive over it. I would say I eat approximately 1200-1800 a day, but I don’t really know.
Day two: What is your MAIN reason for wanting to lose weight? (Be honest.)
Honestly, it is about the way I look, because even though I know it’s wrong, the way I look does affect how I feel about myself. Everyday I check the mirror to see if I have any ab definition yet. :P
Ok guys, if you haven’t noticed, I kinda love to do challenges. I found anothere really good one so I’m gonna do it as well as the 30 day fitness challenge. This one’s called the 8 week challenge, it’s mainly about weight loss, if you’re interested I reblogged the post with all the challenges/questions :)
Day one: How tall are you, what do you currently weigh, and what do you hope to weigh after the 60 days? (Be realistic).
I’m 5ft 9 and I currently weigh approximately 63ish kg’s. I think it would be realistic for me to lose a kg every 10 days, so that would bring me down to 57kg, which is my goal weight!! It’s kinda crazy to think I could get there by the end of this challenge. Fingers crossed! But I think a good goal would for me to get below 60kg :)
